Refund Policy

 
1. All transactions are final
        All payments, including deposits and service fees, are non-refundable. This applies to all scheduled services,                           regardless of circumstances.

2. Cancellation Policy
        If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you must provide at least 48 hours' notice prior to your                     scheduled appointment time.
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will result in the full service fee being charged, which remains non-refundable.
  • Missed appointments or "no-shows" will also be charged the full service amount, with no exceptions.​
3. Rescheduling Policy
        Each deposit allows for one (1) reschedule only, provided that at least 48 hours' notice is given.
        Any additional rescheduling will require a new deposit to secure a new appointment time.

4. Service Satisfaction
       If you have any concerns or are dissatisfied with the service provided, you must address the issue during the                          appointment. We do not guarantee satisfaction after the appointment has concluded and will not issue any refunds          or adjustments after services have been rendered.

5. Agreement
       By scheduling an appointment or submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree          to this Refund and Cancellation Policy in full.
