Pre-care is required before arriving to your appointment to ensure your safety and the efficacy of our procedures. Please read pre-care instructions PRIOR to booking.

FOR BROWS...
24 hours before appt
DO NOT work out
DO NOT drink alcohol or caffeine
DO NOT sun bathe or tan at least one week prior to appointment
48 hours before appt
DO NOT take aspirin, niacin, Vitamin E, or ibuprofen - Tylenol is Ok.
DO NOT take vitamins of any sort. prior to procedure.
2 weeks before appt
DO NOT pick, tweeze, wax, or perform electrolysis one week before the procedure.
DO NOT use Alpha Hydroxy Acid (AHA) products close to eyebrow area.
1 Month prior to appt
DO NOT use Botox or other fillers on the forehead, temple, and eye area should be
DO NOT receive chemical laser peels, microdermabrasions, or facials
DO NOT take Antibiotics
DO NOT use Retin - A, Alpha Hydroxy Acid

FOR LASHES...
Arrive with clean lashes
No makeup, mascara, or oils around the eyes.
Avoid oil-based products
Do not use creams or moisturizers near the eye area before your appointment.
Do not curl your natural lashes
Lashes should be in their most natural state.
Remove contact lenses
Wear glasses if needed.
For your safety and the best possible results, you are NOT a suitable candidate for the following treatments if any of the following apply:
Powder Brows:

Currently pregnant or nursing

Have uncontrolled diabetes
-
Have any infections
-
Have a history of epilepsy
-
Have undergone a recent organ transplant
-
Have a tendency to develop keloids or hypertrophic scarring

Have seborrheic dermatitis
-
Have skin conditions or irritations near the treatment area, such as rashes, sunburn, acne, or psoriasis
-
Are currently ill (cold, flu, etc.)
-
Have received Botox within the past 2 months
-
Have taken Accutane (isotretinoin) within the past year
-
Are allergic to topical anesthetics (e.g., lidocaine)
-
Have extremely oily or problematic skin (clients with oily or combination skin may be better suited for the powder brow technique)

Are currently undergoing active chemotherapy
-
Have a dark, pre-existing eyebrow tattoo
(In this case, please email us a clear photo of your brows without makeup for evaluation.)

Inability or unwillingness to follow aftercare instructions

Inability or unwillingness to book your 6-week perfecting session
Lash Extensions:

Blepharitis (chronic eyelid inflammation)

Conjunctivitis (pink eye)

Dry eye syndrome
-
Chronic eye-related allergies

Recent eye surgeries (e.g., LASIK, cataract surgery)

Severe eye sensitivity

Very sparse or damaged natural lashes

Hair loss conditions (e.g., alopecia, trichotillomania, post-chemotherapy)

Allergy to lash glue ingredients (e.g., cyanoacrylate)
-
History of allergic reactions to adhesive
-
Frequent eye rubbing
-
Frequent use of oil-based makeup or removers
-
Lifestyle factors like frequent swimming or heavy sweating
-
Frequent exposure to humid, hot, or dusty environments
-
Inability or unwillingness to follow aftercare instructions
