FOR BORWS:
Days 1-3
WASH YOUR BROWS - Work up a lather with antibacterial soap. Use the tips of your (clean) fingers to gently rub eyebrows in a circular motion. 2-3 passes at most. Use a dry cloth or paper towel to blot them dry. Please, no rubbing. Repeat this process morning and night for the first 3 days ONLY.
MOISTURIZE YOUR BROWS - Place a small, rice grain sized amount of After Marxx Healing Ointment (provided at your appointment) onto a cotton swab. Gently smooth over eyebrows to prevent premature flaking. Repeat this process morning and night for the first 3 days ONLY.
DO NOT MANIPULATE BROWS AFTER DAY 3.

**THINGS TO AVOID**
-
Do not rub, pick, or scratch the treated area. Allow scabs or dry skin to exfoliate naturally to prevent scarring and pigment loss.
-
Avoid direct sun exposure and tanning beds for 4 weeks to prevent pigment changes, hyperpigmentation, and scarring.
-
Avoid pools, saunas, steam rooms, hot showers, and hot baths for 3 weeks.
-
Avoid sweating for 10 days (exercise, hot weather, or any activity causing brow-area perspiration may push out pigment).
-
Do not sleep on your face or brows for the first 10 days.
-
Keep hair and bangs away from your brows for 10 days.
-
No makeup or skincare on the treated area for 10–14 days.
-
No facials, chemical treatments, laser, or microdermabrasion for 4 weeks.
-
No Botox for 4 weeks; ideally wait until after your touch-up has healed.
-
Avoid eyebrow tinting for 2 weeks post-procedure.
-
Once healed, avoid Retin-A, chemical peels, and microdermabrasion around brows.
