Terms & Conditions

​1. Payment and Deposit 
  • All payments and deposits are strictly non-refundable.

  • Deposits are required to secure all appointments and will be applied toward the total cost of the scheduled service.

  • Only the deposit may be paid online. All remaining balances must be paid in cash or via Zelle to the number provided by the service provider. No exceptions will be made.

2. Appointment Scheduling
  • Appointments must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Clients must be 18 years of age or older to book and receive services. By booking, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

3. Cancellation, Rescheduling & No-Show Policy
  • Cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment

  • Cancellations that are within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will result in one half of the full service amount being charged, which remains non-refundable.

  • Each deposit allows for one (1) reschedule only, provided at least 48 hours' notice is given. Additional reschedules require a new deposit to secure a new appointment time.

  • Missed appointments ("no-shows") will be charged the full balance with no option to reschedule.

4. Guest and Children Policy
  • No additional guests or children are permitted at the appointment for safety and hygiene reasons.

  • Clients who arrive with guests or children will be asked to reschedule and will forfeit their deposit.

5. Right to Refuse Service

      Beauti Marxx PMU Studio reserves the right to refuse service at any time, including but not limited to           the following situations:

  • Clients who fail to follow required pre-care instructions will be turned away and will forfeit their deposit and/or full payment.

  • Clients who present with contraindications or are determined to be unqualified candidates for the service will be refused treatment for health and safety reasons.

  • Any form of inappropriate behavior, harassment, or failure to adhere to these Terms and Conditions may result in immediate termination of the appointment without refund.

6. Service Satisfaction
  • Any concerns regarding the service must be addressed during the appointment. No adjustments, credits, or refunds will be issued after services have been rendered.

7. Agreement

        By booking an appointment and/or submitting a deposit or payment, you acknowledge and agree to abide by all of the above Terms and Conditions. Failure to comply may result in denied service, forfeiture of deposit/payment, and/or refusal of future bookings.
